It went real good. I had a good experience with them. They were young people. Trey Hitchcock was the gentleman that I spoke with. He gave me a senior and military discount, since I was in the military. There was a slight problem with they left. There was a small leak in the air conditioner pan that collects the water, but they came right down when I called and fixed the leak. It has been running great since they came back out. They were very professional. Their responsiveness was very good.

TKO Heating & Air Austin saved the day last week! We came home to a digital thermostat that had no power running to it and a heating system that was completely shut off (it was in the 20s outside!). Trey was extremely helpful on the phone and immediately had Chris (he was closer in proximity) come out to assess the problem. Chris was kind, professional and put our worried, first-time-homeowner minds at ease. He explained the problem and solution in terms we could understand and made the repairs effectively and efficiently. Since then, they've called to check on the repair and make sure we feel good about the work they did. Their prices were fair, and we will definitely have them back for all our heating and cooling needs!
